Return Procedure
You may return unopened and
unused products in original, resellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (Note - any shipping charges or taxes are not refunded).
Please note - there are certain supplement items are not
refundable. See below "BEFORE
YOU RETURN" policy.
A restocking fee of 15% will
be deducted from refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase and have
not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the
original shipment. (Note - any shipping charges or taxes are not refunded). For
units that have been damaged during delivery, you may be charged an additional
restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the
severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond
repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund. We suggest you
insure your return. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! You must contact us for a
return authorization by sending an email at support@ojibwatea.com or by calling
us at 941-214-8601. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible,
and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package
the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes
back to us damaged or returns that are lost in shipping. Unless the
package/items were damaged during delivery, clients are responsible for return
shipping. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your
return authorization, please write it on the outside of the package and send it
